The Bosch Rexroth Indramat RAC 3.5-150-460-API-Z1-220 spindle drive controller combines high performance and durability. Its capabilities include a voltage rating of AC 220 V / 50 ... 60 Hz 220 for control electronics and 3 x AC 380 ... 460V; 50 ... 60Hz for power electronics and a 150A current rating. Notably, there's an integrated emergency-stop switch and main contactors. The unit feeds back energy into the three-phase supply network during braking and comes with an additional bleeder to facilitate semiconductor switch-offs. It operates using an analog speed set-point of +/- 10 volts and features a broad speed range and excellent stiffness. With its abilities to recognize rotor position with 1/4 000 000th resolution, it offers supreme high-resolution feedback. It has a built-in fan for cooling and an incremental encoder output interface.
