Bosch Rexroth Indramat's RAC 4.1-300-460-A0I-W1 is a drive controller engineered for precise regulation of numerically controlled machine tools. Sporting its inherent motor-controlling intelligence, this device features a main spindle drive that enables high-resolution feedback and fine-tuned C-axis automation in position control loops, even at low speeds. The unit comes with a built-in cooling mechanism that supports both internal and external cabinet ventilation or optional hose cooling depending on the cabinet structure. The drive controller weighs 1.7 kg and incorporates an incremental encoder output for position control in servo-axis mode. It delivers 93 kW and 60 kW output, relative to the motor shaft. Additional accessories including an assembly frame are provided for easy installation. The device operates efficiently in varying climates and requires housing in a closed, safe environment, although it's not rebust against water or forced penetration.
