The RBE-06202-F08, designed by industry-leader Kollmorgen, is a high-efficiency, frameless brushless servo motor for direct drive applications. Built without a shaft, end bells, or bearings, it consists of two parts, the rotor and stator, reducing weight, volume, and complexity than other models. Equipped with a servo amplifier, Armature, field, and hall sensors, it ensures swift response and precise positioning. The heat generated by the motor is effectively transferred to adjacent heat sinks to maintain its temperature. With 6 pole pairs fabricated from Samarium Cobalt and Neodymium-Iron-Boron compounds, it promotes excellect cooling and efficiency. Electric power is provided via phase connectors and it operates under permissible temperature ranges. Built to withstand humid conditions, this model minimizes the need for coupling the load to the shaft for improved dynamics. A specialized professional should install and configure the model according to individual requirements. This motor offers long-lasting, maintenance-free performance when used as per supplier guidelines.
