The Bosch Rexroth Indramat's RD52.1-4B-007-L-V1-FW is a RD52 series drive controller with an integrated radio interference suppression filter complying with level A1 of EN 55011. It employs forced air cooling, operates in temperatures from 0 to 40 degrees Celsius, and has a drive output derating of 2.5% per K between 40 and 50 degrees Celsius. With a cooling air requirement of 0.03 cu. m/s and power loss of 0.33 kW, it can be mounted rearwards with the heat sink internally or externally. The drive converter, designed for 380 to 480V AC input, uses a brake chopper to regulate the voltage when the load supplies energy back to the intermediate circuit, with a continuous power rating of 3.8 kW and 18 kW. Rated for outputs of 7.5 kW at a 4kHz pulse and 5.5 kW at an 8kHz pulse, its firmware is to be procured separately.
