The Bosch Rexroth RD52.1-4B-011-L-NN-NN-NN-FW vector control needs to be strategically placed away from heat-sensitive devices. Its immediate environment must be free of electrically conductive or aggressive gases and resistors that may overheat, jeopardising its functionality. The control can withstand a relative humidity of up to 90%, and special care must be taken to avoid condensation on its surface. It cannot be operated under circumstances of extreme temperature fluctuation or excessively high temperatures. Installation needs to ensure unobstructed airflow from the unit’s fans. Per national safety specifications, it can only be operated using approved accessories and within machine housing that ensures safety. The product, featuring an integrated brake chopper, cannot be used in cranes, elevators, or hoisting equipment but finds application in chemical processing and conveyor technologies where cooling is facilitated by forced air circulation.
