The Bosch Rexroth Indramat RZC01.2-6T-005-F-23 chemistry module is designed for use with explosion-protected motors, featuring a PTB-certified PTC thermistor tripping unit. It supports a rated power of 4kW and offers a 3 x 400VAC connecting voltage, allowing for +/-15% tolerance. The book-type housing enables space-efficient installation. It meets EN 50082-2 standards for interference immunity and operates within defined regulations for functional extra-low voltage with safe separation. The module can be easily mounted in a modular grid pattern, requiring a minimum clearance of 100mm around it. It connects through the X81 and X83 connectors and utilizes shielded four-core cables per VDE 0298. The steel plate lugs should be secured with M5 screws at 2.5Nm to 3Nm torque. The chemistry module is eligible for international shipping and promises swift installation and assembly.
