The Kollmorgen S403AM-CA, part of the renowned SERVOSTAR 400 family, is a high-performance servo drive designed for multi-axis systems. It can connect directly to AC lines varying from 115 to 400 volts and accommodates both single and three-phase power sources, with an output current ranging between 3.0-6.0 Amperes RMS. Its intuitive LED display and keyboard make it easy to program and monitor. The S403AM-CA features a continuous current rating of 3 ARMS, making it suitable for various industrial applications. Additionally, it functions as a master module, controlling upto seven axes modules. Despite being equipped with an in-built CANopen interface for high-speed communications (up to 1MBit per second), it can also be expanded to support EtherCAT, Sercos, and PROFIBUS. Its Windows-compatible programming allows direct parameter control access. Can withstand environmental conditions ranging between -25 to 55 degrees Celsius with 5-95% relative humidity. However, if stored for more than 12 months, reformation of its capacitors is essential.
