The Kollmorgen S403BA-SE is a digital servo amplifier, part of the renowned S400 series under the SERVOSTAR brand. Only personnel trained in national accident prevention regulations and IEC 60664 or IEC 60364 directives should handle installation and setup. It's designed for a 3Arms current rating and to be used within a ventilated control cabinet, with temperatures kept below 25°C. An increase in surface temperature beyond 80°C should be expected during operation. It's not suitable for potentially explosive areas or offshore applications. The unit operates as an axis module, can be mounted via a DIN rail structure, and doesn't include a power supply. The servo amplifier supports SERCOS interface expansion and has a direct shielding connection. Note that the device may get damaged if voltage values are exceeded. This CE Certified and cULus Listed product can be shipped globally, but must be protected from shocks during transit.
