The S60600-PB is a digital servo amplifier created by industry leader, Kollmorgen, designed to regulate speed, position, and torque in both asynchronous and synchronous motors. This advanced motion control platform, equipped with an integrated pulse direction interface, has a load capacity of 2 kV in S1 operation mode and an incorporated CANopen interface for easy bus system integration. The S60600-PB boasts several safety features including overvoltage protection, active between 450-900V, and an interference suppression filter provided by the auxiliary power supply. It also has forced-convection for efficient heat dispersal. It operates optimally at temperatures between 5 ᵒC and 45 ᵒC, exceeding this range would result in 2.5% power de-rating per degree rise in temperature. With additional features, including phase-failure detection, soft start, short circuit protection, a 60W power dissipation at rated current, and IP 20 degree ingress protection, the S60600-PB excels in providing efficient motion control in industrial motors.
