The Kollmorgen S61000-600 servo drive is an advanced module in the S600 Servo Drives family, engineered by Kollmorgen for high-performance motion control. It features precision analog input handling with Inputs Setpoint 1/2, resolution 14bit/12bit +/−10V and delivers a robust Current Rating 10A rms at a Supported Voltage 230...480V range. Designed for industrial automation, this drive provides stable setpoint acquisition and reliable power delivery for demanding servo applications.

Incorporating a circular connector architecture with gold-plated contacts and an aircraft-grade aluminum alloy housing, the S61000-600 offers both mechanical durability and superior electrical integrity. The drive supports a Clock frequency of the output stage 8 (16 with VDCmax=400V) KHz and maintains a Common-mode voltage max. +/− 10V to ensure signal fidelity. Control interface is provided via an 18-pole Combicon 5.08 connector, 2.5mm² termination, while power connections utilize a Power Combicon 7.62 / 4×4+1×6-pole, 4mm² block. Overcurrent protection is achieved through Fusible cutouts AC supply 10 AT (FRx-10) and brake resistor protection 10 AT (FRS-10). The input resistance to analog ground is rated at 20 kilo ohms, ensuring precise signal conditioning.

Engineered for harsh industrial environments, the S61000-600 carries a Pollution level 2 to EN 60664-1 rating and operates reliably from –55°C to +125°C. Mounting is generally vertical to optimize heat dissipation, aided by forced convection by built-in fan ventilation. The unit weighs 4 kg and can accommodate a Max. load inductance 25mH, delivering consistent output current form factors and minimal power dissipation (~90 W at rated current, excluding brake dissipation). With IP67 ingress protection, this drive excels in contamination-prone settings and enhances system uptime, delivering precise, efficient, and durable performance in industrial automation.
