The S70302-PBNAS4, part of Kollmorgen's S700 series, is a digital servo amplifier ideal for motor control applications. It accommodates a three-phase input voltage range from 208 to 480 Volts AC. The amplifier supports communication protocols such as EtherCAT, CANopen, and RS-232, and includes evaluation options for resolver, encoder, and ComCoder among others. It features an integrated position controller and memory card slot for firmware and parameter backup. Designed for controlling various motor types, including synchronous, asynchronous, DC, and linear motors, it connects directly to grounded AC mains, with interference suppression filters for both electrical supply and 24 Volts auxiliary voltage. This model integrates safety features such as soft-start, short-circuit protection, and overvoltage detection. It provides two programmable analog inputs and multiple digital I/Os. With an input power requirement of 2.2 kVA and a weight of 4.4 kg, the amplifier offers a rated output of up to 5 Amps rms and peak output currents of 9 Amps rms for short durations.
