The Bosch Rexroth Indramat SD-B3.066.030-04.000 is a permanent-field servomotor with an IP 54 protection rating, suitable for applications with less stringent requirements. Designed for use with manufacturer-approved inverters, it features IM B5 basic construction and supports axial forces up to 110 N with IM V3 mounting. The motor is cooled via thermal radiation and natural convection and includes a disk brake that operates with a 24 VDC control voltage to prevent play in the feed axes when powered off. Electrical connections use power and tacho plugs, with plastic connectors secured by aluminum rings. The unit can be braked by shorting windings with braking resistors, suited for up to 4 mm² connections, to stop feed axis coasting during emergency stops. It employs an electronic PC board for signal conditioning, and must be verified against its type label to ensure compatibility with the inverter before use. No second shaft end is available.
