It is suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting with the shaft downwards and incorporates electronic commutation. The motor boasts an IP 54 protection rating, ensuring resistance to water splashes. It accommodates right-angle or straight connectors, which are sold separately. Proper installation is critical to allow heat dissipation, and care must be taken to avoid exceeding specified axial and radial force limits. The motor should not be impacted on the shaft extension to prevent bearing damage.
