The Bosch Rexroth Indramat SD-B4.140.020-04.000 is a permanent-field servomotor equipped with a backlash-free disk brake, suitable for both vertical and horizontal mounting. Designed for use with an inverter in mechanical engineering applications, the motor features braking resistors with a resistance of 3.3 Ohms and minimum energy of 293 W, ensuring quick emergency stops when activated. Weighing 37.8 kg without the disk brake, the motor contains a brake connection integrated into the power connection. It requires inspection of the disk brake after every 1000 emergency-stop applications. The motor is characterized by its fixed bearing, preventing temperature-related expansion on the driving side, and has live terminals due to permanent magnet excitation. It connects to the inverter via two motor plug connectors and three inverter terminals. The device supports a tacho cable length of up to 100 m, offering either solder or plug connection for the tacho board, and should remain undismantled.
