The SD-B4.140.030-00.000 is a brushless servo motor developed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat which operates with precision and effectiveness when connected to a compatible servo module. Connection is established using plug-in connectors and a maximum cable size of 1.5mm2. A requisite SM 25/50-T module controls and monitors the motor and must be situated in enclosures compliant with IP44 or IP54 protection standards. Additional accompaniments to the servo module include a diagnostics module, featured with 4 status LEDs, enabling quick debugging, a ramp generator to manage braking and acceleration, and a short-circuit braking circuit which increases rated current. The short-circuit braking module holds three 3.3Ohms resistors, has a minimum energy of 293Ws and accepts maximum cable size of 4mm2. The maximum ambient temperature should not supersede 55 degrees. It is imperative that servo module and motor compatibility is confirmed before system initiation.
