The SD-B4.180.020-01.010 permanent-field servomotor from Bosch Rexroth Indramat in the SD Magnet Motors series is engineered for reliable performance in demanding applications. This motor features fixed ball bearings at the shaft end and an integrated NTC thermostat in its windings, complemented by a winding inductance of 15 mH. It incorporates electronic commutation with a commutation sensor and brushless tacho, and operates at a nominal speed of 2000 rpm with a shaft diameter of 24 mm. The tacho system maintains a voltage ripple of less than 1.5%, while the design includes separate connectors for power and tacho as well as dual plug connectors on the housing. These technical features, along with attention to cable bending requirements and the overall integration within the Servodyn drive concept, ensure that the motor delivers both performance and safety when handled by qualified personnel.
