The Bosch Rexroth SD-B6.960.015-00.100 is a robust, completely sealed permanent-field servomotor designed for high-performance applications. Featuring a torque rating of 96 Nm and capable of handling peak torques three times higher, the motor provides excellent overload capacity through effective heat dissipation. It operates maintenance-free with a brushless tacho and offers precise synchronization via specialized current regulation and magnet configuration. The motor must use manufacturer-supplied cables and supports both straight and right-angled plug-in connectors for inverter connectivity. It can be mounted vertically (IM V3 orientation), ensuring no fluid accumulation in the flange end plate. Equipped with an NTC thermostat for temperature monitoring, its cooling is facilitated by natural convection and thermal radiation. The SD motor's tacho sensors are located at the non-driving end, intended for velocity feedback. The installation requires Bosch Rexroth-approved inverters for optimal performance, and the braking resistors are rated at IP 20 for protection.
