The Kollmorgen SERVOSTAR-606-FAN from the S600 Servo Drives series is a high-performance digital servo amplifier engineered for precise industrial motor control. It features a common-mode voltage range of ~10 V and a maximum differential input voltage of ~10 V, with an input resistance of 2.4 kΩ and a resolution of 14-bit. A rapid update rate of 62.5 μs ensures dynamic response, while built-in pension isolation and phase monitoring enhance safety. The unit supports incremental encoders up to 1.5 MHz and sine-cosine encoders to 350 kHz, and integrates ferrite rings for noise suppression. During fan-off operation the internal temperature remains below 55 °C and the heat sink under 60 °C, with a braking resistor dissipation of under 20 W.
