The SERVOSTAR MC by Kollmorgen is a fast, reliable servo amplifier designed for precise machinery control. It offers a maximum starting delay of 2ms and a digital output response time of up to 10ms. Equipped with MiniCombicon connectors (12-pin, coded on PIN1 and 12), it facilitates easy integration in industrial environments. The amplifier is optimized for a lead loop resistance of 159.8 ohm/km and a maximum cable capacitance of 60 nF/km. It includes a BTB/RTO contact for safety and operation reversal, and supports incremental positioning with an effective ROD-interface. Resolver digital conversion enhances signal accuracy and system reliability. Safety is further ensured with an overload contactor for phase monitoring and a ring core to suppress electrical noise interference. Potential isolation helps in circuit separation, minimizing interference, thereby ensuring dependable performance in complex industrial settings.
