The Kollmorgen SERVOSTAR-S300 from the S300 Servo Drives series is a compact, high-performance Digital Servo Drive engineered for maximum versatility in automation applications. This multi-purpose drive supports synchronous servomotors, linear motors, asynchronous motors, high frequency spindles and DC motors, and features Two onboard Analog inputs, default CANopen onboard: 500 kBaud, and a DC bus link voltage range of 135–450 V DC or 260–900 V DC. Advanced control is provided by an Intelligent position controller onboard, fast current and speed controllers, and Multi feedback support. Safety is ensured by Restart lock STO with SIL2 certification, and connectivity is enhanced through RS232 and pulse direction interface onboard and a Slot for an expansion card. Direct Shielding connection on the servo amplifier further improves reliability under harsh conditions.
