The Kollmorgen SMC-1400 is a robust closed-loop stepper motor drive from the SMC Motion Stepper Drives series, delivering ±0.2mm cutting accuracy for lengths ≤1000mm (≤±0.1% for longer) and reaching 300 m/min. It operates on 3P/380V/50Hz, 90 kW with Siemens PLC control and Ethernet/IP or Profibus communication, supports 0–45°C and handles sheets up to 1500mm.
