The SMC-501 is a stepper drive from Kollmorgen's SMC Motion Stepper Drives series. It operates on 16-32 VDC at 4 A supply current and features a 250 Vac, 2 A internal control fuse. Equipped with a digital circuit controlled timer, four programmable inputs, four outputs plus one busy output, and a start/stop push button rated for 250 Vac, 3 A with 250,000 cycle mechanical life. Its control relay offers 30 million mechanical cycles and 100,000 electrical cycles, and it withstands -30°C to +105°C for reliable industrial automation.
