TDM 6.1-015-300-W0
The TDM 6.1-015-300-W0 is a top-of-the-line servo drive module made by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. It's designed to aid MAC servo motors in controlling position and speed. The module has a continuous current of 8A, a peak current of 15A, and a power capacity of 4.5 kW, all within a 6.5 kg weight. A power loss of 90 W is minimized through a design upgrade. The module functions with a 24 V load voltage and a 250 mA current, and is fitted with a blower fan for effective cooling. The fan operates at a 24 V supply voltage with a 3.6 W power requirement, and weighs only 1 kg. For reliability within a range of 5°C to 55°C without performance reduction, the module is made of class C insulation materials. The added safety feature of starting lockout technology can single-handedly control attached drive axes, which mitigates the need for a separate mains contactor and prevents inadvertent startups.
