TVM 1.2-050-W1
The TVM 1.2-050-W1, produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a power supply module principally utilized to power servo drives, delivering a consistent mechanical output of 4.1 kW. Components of the module include a transformer, capacitor module, auxiliary bleeder resistor, and dynamic braking. Integral fuses afford line input protection and the device can function with or without a bleeder resistor to handle continuous regenerated power. However, the operating parameters vary, with a higher continuous power absorption (2.25kW to 0.45kW) and peak power (50kW to 10kW) when utilizing a bleeder resistor. The DC bus continuous power offered by the module is 7.5 kW, peaking at 60 kW. The unit runs at a standard 50 A and incorporates a blower for heat dispersal, drawing on environmental air. Mounting requires a minimum of 200 mm top clearance and 40mm side clearance. Proper functionality necessitates installation in an IP54 protection standard switch cabinet.
