The Bosch Rexroth Indramat TVM 2.1-050-220/300-W1 is a power supply module with an integrated diagnostic system, operating on a 7.5kW DC bus continuous power rating. Two LEDs facilitate fault diagnosis, while the X1 connector oversees servo drives. Housed on the front panel are the control voltage and line input fuses, while the X10 terminal strip underneath provides the control voltage connections. The unit's auxiliary capacitance reduces energy consumption and heat loss. It features a ready-state Bb contact with dynamic braking support to safely halt operations when faults are detected. Protection to line input is provided by fuses or circuit breakers, with multiple monitoring functions integrated. Auxiliary capacitance stores drive energy for acceleration, while compatibility with line voltage is maintained by the built-in autotransformer. Power connections are established through X13 and X14 connectors. The regenerated energy is either absorbed or fed back into the system.
