The Bosch Rexroth Indramat TVM 2.1-050-220/300-W1/220/300 power supply module is designed to support and enhance the performance of servo drives. It features a 7.5kW DC bus continuous power rating and is equipped with diagnostic LEDs for fault identification. The module includes an X1 connector for drive monitoring and utilizes a dynamic braking system via a ready-state Bb contact for safety in case of system faults. Protective elements like three line-input fuses and a control voltage fuse ensure operational integrity. The unit integrates an auxiliary capacitance module to reduce energy consumption and heat, and it supports energy recovery for acceleration. Additionally, an autotransformer adapts line voltage for connectivity, while monitoring functions cover resistor overload, motor feedback, and drive temperature/current. Energy regeneration is managed by a bleeder resistor or can be redirected back into the power system. Connectivity for drives is through the X13 and X14 connectors, with control voltage connections under the line input fuses.
