The Bosch Rexroth Indramat TVM 2.4-050-220/300-W1/115 is a power supply module designed for use in modular AC drive systems. It supports up to six AC drives, utilizing a power rectifier to convert AC line voltage to DC bus voltage. This module provides a DC bus continuous power of 7.5kW, with a maximum mechanical power output of 4.1kW for the connected drives. It operates on a line voltage of 3 x 220VAC with a ±15% variation and uses a one-phase 115VAC input for control electronics. The device includes monitoring functions to disconnect power during failures and features a circular S2 reset button. Installed vertically, it utilizes an autotransformer for voltage adaptation and has a power connection for a blower at the bottom. The line input can be safeguarded with circuit breakers or fuses, and it effectively manages peak return power from regenerative motor functions.
