The TVS1 109-0574-2A03-05 is an electrical board built by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for use within KDV power supplies. The unit comprises control gears and drive modules, in addition to a supply module that enables function and power adjustment as needed. The board control unit operates on a three-phase connection featuring AC mains voltage and DC voltage used for the drives. The drives employ generator mode, which transforms absorbed energy into heat via a bleeder. Safety features include a DC bus active braking system for fault scenarios and an error-mode for drive electronics. The TVS1 109-0574-2A03-05 electrical board does not brake when the DC bus is short-circuited. It adds value by extending the lifespan of switching devices and regulates the charging current of the DC bus capacitors.
