The VACII D11-A, crafted by Okuma, is an intricate VAC II drive unit that includes essential components like the control PCB, VAC II and VAC Card I PCBs, a power supply unit, and spare parts. The power supply unit and spare parts are shared with the type A VAC drive unit; however, the control PCBs are exclusively compatible with type A units. Using these PCBs with other power units will lead to a malfunction. The control PCB features DIP switches 'SW1’, ’SW2’, ’SW3’, and ’SW4’, which configure control software according to specifications and motor compatibility. ROM stores control software for standard motor types. Fine adjustments are made using 'SM' and 'LM' for current or speed meters and load meters, respectively. Operational status is indicated by LEDs on the control PCB: a green POWER LED signifies proper power supply, while red LOSS and CPUALM LEDs highlight voltage issues and circuit malfunctions, viewable through the cover.
