The VCP05.2DSN-003-SR-01-PW, a compact operator terminal from Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is designed for industrial automation. Its enclosure, crafted from anodized aluminum and galvanized steel sheet, houses a 3-inch FSTN display offering a resolution of 160 x 80 pixels. It also features a membrane keyboard containing 30 keys with 9 status LEDs guaranteed for a minimum of 2 million switching cycles. The front panel is covered by a polyester foil for protection against solid particles and low-pressure water jets. The terminal operates on a DC 24V power supply, with acceptance of voltage ranges between 18V and 30V. It is safeguarded against polarity reversal and potential voltage overload by a self-resetting semiconductor fuse. With interfaces for Ethernet, RS232, RS485 and two USBs, it allows for various connectivity options. Vibration resistance up to 150 Hz ensures smooth operations in challenging environments.
