The VCP25.2DVN-003-PB-NN-PW compact operator panel, manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is primarily used for editing and controlling production data. It boasts a multimodal STN-color touch display with a resolution of 480 x 272 that facilitates convenient operation and configuration. The screen, which supports 128 colours, comes with three standard interfaces: 2x USB-host and 1x Ethernet TCP/IP, with an optional Serial RS232/RS485. During installation, provision for adequate air circulation (a minimum clearance of 1.181 inches/30mm) is essential in order to prevent overheating, especially if installed horizontally over heat sources. The maintenance of its degree of protection is ensured by an evenly-seated seal on the installation surface and uniformly tightened grub screws on the mounting brackets. The unit is conveniently powered via the X1 connector and includes protection against reverse polarity.
