The Bosch Rexroth Indramat-manufactured VT 1516-S-11 is a stable card holder designed for the easy installation of the VT 3000 series amplifier cards. This amplifier card, used for controlling proportional valves with a pilot valve, features both a 10V differential amplifier input for interfacing with microprocessors or computers, and a pulse-width modulated output that reduces hysteresis with a dither effect. The amplifier card houses four internal contact relays allowing switch control for all four input signals, a change-over relay for switching polarity, and should only be handled once the power supply is powered off. Installation should also avoid proximity to radio transmitters and the solenoid wires. Its four LEDs provide visual reference of the input relays, while two ramp time options and an inbuilt voltage stabilizer enhance its consistent performance. The amplifier card holder is distributed globally with the help of various delivery agencies.
