VT 2000-51
The VT 2000-51, part of the VT-2000 series, is a proportional amplifier card developed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. Its primary role is to regulate DBE proportional pressure relief valves and V4/'E' control-RS415 pump controls without requiring electrical position feedback. This advanced card boasts a series of features including a robust voltage stabilizer, offering consistent performance, and an embedded potentiometer that places a cap on the maximum input command voltage signals for heightened safety. One of the distinguishing facets of the VT-2000 series is the inclusion of a ramp generator, which manipulates the rate of pressure increase and decrease. Depending on the model, some allow users to independently switch off both 'up' and 'down' ramps. The cards also feature a pulse width modulated output for optimized ambient temperature stability. Other core features include a 100 Hz or 200 Hz oscillator and a 10 V differential amplifier input. It is compatible with various cardholders and operates at a voltage of 24 VDC + 40% - 5%.
