The Bosch Rexroth Indramat's VT 3000 36 belongs to the VT-3000 Series. It is a proportional valve amplifier card designed primarily for managing proportional valves by converting the input voltage signals into a comparable output to power proportional solenoids. This amplifier card accepts no electric position feedback and is tailored to work with WRZ pilot operated proportional directional valves (up to 6X component series), as well as 3DREP6 & DBEP6 direct operated proportional pressure valves (1X component series). It features a series of 36, a 24VDC ±10% operating voltage, four adjustable command valves using a potentiometer, four LED display integrated command value call-ups, a differential input with step function generator, and a ramp generator. It includes polarity protection for voltage supply, two pulsed current output stages, voltage stabilizer for consistent performance and Pulse-Width-Modulation output for hysteresis reduction.
