VT 5002 S24
The Bosch Rexroth Indramat VT 5002 S24 is part of the VT-5000 IO Cards series, engineered by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for precise hydraulic control. Designed as an Electrical Amplifier Card, it operates direct-operated proportional directional valves with electrical feedback. The unit supports a voltage range of 22 V to 35 V and has a power consumption of less than 50 VA, ensuring efficient performance. It also incorporates a 2.5 A T fuse for enhanced safety.
This amplifier card features up to four adjustable command values with a command range of ± 9 V on inputs 1–4 and 0 to 10 V on input 5. The enable input thresholds are precisely defined: activation above 8.5 V and deactivation below 6.5 V. The card requires less than 2 A of current and supports a frequency of 50–60 Hz. Polarity protection guards against supply reversal, and advanced cable break detection through an oscillator and demodulator secures inductive position measurement. Ramp generation from 30 ms to 1 s and two clocked current output stages guarantee smooth valve spool positioning.
Designed for rugged industrial automation environments, the VT 5002 S24 operates over an operating temperature range of –20°C to 70°C and draws its power supply from 100–240 VAC sources. The card measures 200 mm x 300 mm x 80 mm and weighs 2.5 kg, offering a compact footprint and straightforward integration.
