The Bosch Rexroth Indramat VT 5006 EU-450 IO card from the VT-5000 IO Cards series operates at 24 VDC (+40%/-5%) within an operating range of 22 V to 35 V and consumes 50 VA with a current consumption of 2 A. Housed in a Euro-card 100 x 160 mm, DIN 41 494 format, it features self-clocking frequencies up to 1.5 kHz and an oscillator frequency of 2.5 kHz ±10%. Signal connection is via a 32-pin male multi-point connector, DIN 41 612, form D, supporting a maximum load capability of 30 mA. Protection is provided by a 2.5 A T fuse, and temporal response is adjustable with a ramp time adjustment range of 30 ms to approx. 1 s or 5 s (±20%). Output stages present a resistance of 10 Ω at 20°C and a solenoid current of 2.2 A ±20%, with a voltage amplitude per output of 5 V, ensuring reliable performance in industrial automation applications across a temperature span of 0°C to 50°C.
