The VT-HACD-3-2X-0-I-00-000, manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a highly efficient and safety optimized control electronic that caters to three control loops - pressure, position, velocity, and force control. This dynamic system finder application in various areas including special purpose machines, machine tools with electro-hydraulic axes, plastic processing machines, and transfer press systems. A PIDT1 controller provides additional robustness to the system which can be customized to suit individual requirements. Mounting of this controller should be executed on 35mm rails complying with the EMC directive of 2004 108/EC. The power of the system is determined by a microcontroller, while all required configurations data resides within a non-volatile flash memory. Configuration, diagnostics, and parameterization are executed through the BODAC PC program. For setting address, the control electronic system relies on an integrated switch and connects to a PC via a serial interface cable.
