The VT-HACD-DPQ-1-20-V0-1-0-0 by Bosch Rexroth Indramat is a high-performance digital control electronics component for electro-hydraulic injection molding machines. As a member of the VT-HACD-DPQ, Component Series 2x family, it facilitates precise control of numerous engineering operations. The unit, designed as a Eurocard printed circuit board measuring 100mm by 160mm, features a display with four buttons for modifying parameters like injection profile and transition parameters. Notably, it provides error messages for precise problem-solving. It utilizes a 64-pole male multipoint connector, conforming to DIN 41612, design G. Its valve control spool is freely configurable, supported by Enable input and OK output functions along with an RS232 serial interface for BODAC PC program parameterization. Operating at a nominal voltage of 24 VDC, it requires an ambient temperature from 0oC to 50oC. It draws 150mA of current and provides a reference voltage of ±10 V.
