The Bosch Rexroth Indramat VT-HMC-1-10/M-P-00/00 controller from the VT-HMC Digital Axis Controllers series is a high-performance digital axis controller designed for industrial automation, featuring a nominal voltage of 24V DC and weighing 0.6 kg. It delivers precise control of a DC 22/26 kW spindle with speeds from 30 to 3,500 rpm and integrates a Renishaw RMP60 radio probing system. The device supports incremental and SSI encoders, offers analog output ranges of –10V to +10V and 0 to 20 mA, and includes four digital inputs and two digital outputs with a transfer frequency up to 500 kbit/s. Its glass-fiber-reinforced polyamide housing meets IP20 protection, EMC, and RoHS standards, operating reliably from –20°C to 60°C with humidity tolerance up to 95% RH. Mountable on TH35 rails, it ensures rapid booting (<15 s) and a minimum scan time of 0.5 ms for efficient axis control.
