The VT-HNC100 is a cutting-edge programmable NC control manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat which excels in closed loop control applications. This controller can be used for precision management of both hydraulic and electrical drives and is beneficial for a wide range of applications, including presses, rail-bound vehicles, machine tools, and transfer lines. Its standout features include a PIDT1 controller for position control applications with support for numerous varieties of adjustment and control, as well as error monitoring and traverse range limits. The VT-HNC100 supports an input of 18 to 36 Volts DC while consuming a scant 8 Watts of power. Its memory capacities are generous, with 1MB flash EPROM, 8 kB EEPROM, and 256KB RAM. Dimensioned at 71 x 155 x 204 millimeters and weighing just 1kg, the device is compact and convenient. It carries an RS-232 interface for communication with a 9.6 kbaud data transfer rate, and other interfaces like Profibus DP, CANopen and Interbus-S are offered optionally.
