The Bosch Rexroth Indramat-manufactured model VT-HNC100-1-1X/130/1 is a programmable NC control device for hydraulics and electrical motor drives. It represents component series 1X and will work safely at a voltage of 18 to 36 VDC with a power consumption of 8W, excluding linked actuators or sensors. It boasts a 16/32 Bit MC68376 CPU, 1 MB Flash EPROM, 8 KB EEPROM, and 256 KB RAM. Built with four channels for current input, it allows a current range of 4-20 mA with resistance from 100 ohms. It provides a resolution of 5 A and current loss between 0.1 and 0.4 percent. This model is equipped with an incremental and an SSI transducer with 0-1 V input voltage. Commendably, the VT digital axis control is resilient to extreme industrial conditions, aligning with EC Directives, and can be applied to a wide range of industrial machinery. However, capacitors and diodes are not deployable in its internal protection circuits due to high input resistance.
