Designed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, the VT1600S31 1 Servo Amplifier Card is a key component of the VT1600 Series motor. Its standout attributes include a user-friendly front panel incorporating test points and LEDs and a voltage regulator capable of working at +/- 15V, consuming less than 200mA at +/- 24V. The card enables servo valve regulation sans the requirement for LVDT feedback. Furthermore, it operates within an ambient temperature window of 0 to 50 degrees Celsius. For convenient adjustments, it features three readily accessible internal potentiometers on the faceplate. It is compatible with UK or VE 102 card systems and can be utilized exclusively in applications with a closed-loop option. The servo amplifier card outputs currents of +/- 60 mA and +/- 100 mA respectively, and supports an internal control voltage of 12 to +/- 10V. It also sports a faceplate-mounted ammeter for a quick visual reference of the valve current. Its onboard PID offers seamless regulation for optimal position control and constant velocity circuits, ensuring versatile performance.
