The VT1610-S31-1 is a sophisticated amplifier card produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, designed for controlling servo valves in varied applications where LVDT feedback is absent. It optimally suits closed-loop applications and associates effectively with the pilot servo valve. With its rated output ranging between 60mA and 100mA, the amplifier operates within an internal voltage rating of 27V, allowing a permissible variation of 10%. The unit functions optimally at temperatures between 32F to 122F. It is enhanced with integrated circuit-based electronics for stable performance, with a voltage regulator for consistent power delivery. Performance can be efficiently monitored through an ammeter on the faceplate. Unlike standard PID amplifiers, the VT1610-S31-1 holds a PID regulator circuit, enabling adjustments for optimal control of fixed velocity circuits. Adjustments are expedited by three easily accessible internal potentiometers, with instantaneous conversion of input signals to control load balance in pilot valves.
