The X20AI2222 by B & R Automation is a high-speed data acquisition module within the X20 system. It features two voltage inputs (±10 V) with a rapid 300 µs conversion time, facilitating real-time data processing in complex automation tasks. Enabled with a 13-bit digital converter, it ensures precise voltage measurement. Compatible with X20 6-pin and 12-pin terminal blocks, the X20AI2222 offers flexible installation options and operates effectively from -25 to 60°C. Its design accommodates horizontal or vertical mounting. The module includes built-in input protection to safeguard against voltage fluctuations, an input impedance of 20 Mohm for minimal signal source load, and a 70 dB CMR to mitigate electrical noise. Equipped with status indicators, it aids in performance monitoring and diagnostics.
