The B&R Automation X20AP3121 is an advanced module from the X20 series, crafted for industrial energy measurement and monitoring within three-phase power systems. This module features status indicators to relay detailed I/O function, unit, and module status, enabling efficient monitoring and fault identification. Enhanced diagnostics are facilitated by both LED and software signaling of run/error states. It boasts low energy use with a bus power of 0.45 W (for revisions beyond D0) and an internal I/O power consumption of 40 mW. Its robust design includes 5500 VDC isolation between inputs and power supplies, a high input impedance of 1.68 Mohm, and voltage ratings of 480 VAC (phase-to-phase) and 277 VAC (phase-to-neutral). Equipped with four AC inputs handling 1 A nominal and up to eight times overload for short durations, it ensures protection against transient currents. The X20AP3121 offers precise measurements, with ~0.65% Urms and ~0.45% active energy accuracy, catering to precise power consumption evaluations.
