The X20AT2311, crafted by B&R Automation, is a precision temperature input unit designed for PT100 resistance measurements. It supports two inputs via a 4-wire system to minimize wire resistance impact, delivering ultra-fine resolution up to 0.001°C. With a wide temperature range from -200°C to 850°C, it suits applications from cryogenics to high-temperature industries. Its 24-bit digital converter ensures high-quality data collection. The unit offers a flexible sampling time, from 1 ms with a 1000 Hz filter to 20 ms with a 50 Hz setting, accommodating different speed and noise requirements. Power-efficient, it consumes 0.35 W from the bus and an additional 0.85 W for internal operations. It boasts a mean time between failures of one million hours and operates in ambient temperatures from -25°C to 60°C horizontally. With 500 V isolation and clear status indicators, it offers reliable performance and easy monitoring.
