The B & R Automation X20BC0088 from the X20 Fieldbus Input Output Modules series is an EtherNet/IP adapter (slave) engineered for industrial automation. Supporting horizontal and vertical mounting orientations, this module features a protection class of IP20 and operates on a 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX physical layer with a 10/100 Mbit/s transmission rate. It consumes 2 W for bus operation and enables a minimum cycle time of 1 ms. Communication status is indicated by both LED and software indicators. The adapter supports distances up to 100m between two stations and operates reliably in temperatures from -25 to 60°C (horizontal) and -25 to 50°C (vertical), ensuring robust performance in demanding environments.
