The B & R Automation X20BT9100 is a lightweight bus transmitter designed for the internal I/O supply of various X20 modules. It is compatible with numerous B&R bus modules, including X20BM11, X20BM12, X20BM15, X20BM21, and X20BM31, enabling a maximum connection distance of 100 meters. Positioned at the system's rightmost slot, the X20BT9100 facilitates system expansion by sectionalizing it into modular parts, allowing modifications without interrupting the entire setup. Compatible with B&R's X20TB06 and X20TB12 terminal blocks, this device supports 6-pin and 12-pin connections, respectively. Optional cable accessories, X67CA0X99.1000 and X67CA0X99.5000, extend connectivity up to 500 meters. The X20BT9100 can be mounted horizontally or vertically on a DIN rail with careful spacing consideration. It operates with a bus power consumption of 0.5 watts, up to 0.1 watts for I/O, and 0.6 watts when functioning as a supply module, supporting an input voltage range of 20.4 to 28.8 volts DC.
