X20CM8281
The X20CM8281, produced by B & R Automation, is a mixed I/O module compatible with X20 PLCs, integrating both digital and analog inputs and outputs. It features four digital inputs, two digital outputs, and supports additional functions. The digital input channels operate at a nominal 24 volts DC with typical current consumption of 3.3 mA, and support fast operations with 1-wire connections and 20 kHz event counting. It has event counters and gate measurement channels with a 16-bit size and square wave pulse compatibility. The analog input accommodates ~10 Volts or a current range from 4 to 20 mA, with a conversion time of 400 microseconds at ~12-bit resolution. The module includes two digital output channels with FET technology, supporting 24 Volts DC at 0.5 Amps. The analog output channel also offers ~10 Volts or 0 to 20 mA, with a 12-bit resolution and a conversion time of 300 microseconds. Housed in an IP20-rated enclosure, the X20CM8281 allows for flexible installation and is designed for use by trained professionals.
