The X20DO4613 digital output module from the X20 series by B & R Automation is engineered for demanding industrial applications, featuring four opto-triac outputs that employ phase-angle control for precise external power management. It functions within a voltage range of 48 to 240VAC, tolerating up to 264VAC, and offers 80mA per channel, with an aggregate output of 320mA. The module is robustly isolated, capable of withstanding 2300 VAC channel-to-bus and channel-to-channel, allowing it to function efficiently in electrically noisy environments. Equipped with zero-crossing detection, it minimizes electrical noise and offers phase-angle control adjustable from 5-95% in 1% increments with under 100 µs timing accuracy. The module supports easy, 2-wire connections, can operate between -25 to 60°C when mounted horizontally and -25 to 50°C vertically, withstanding storage temperatures from -40 to 85°C. Its IP20-rated enclosure protects against accidental contact and objects larger than 12mm.
